Our Seattle (Lake City) studio is located on Lake City Way in the historic CAPO Building. The cross Street is 125th. We are suite #203 on the second floor. Parking either on front street near entrance, or use back parking lot and rear entrance.

The Lake City studio is climate controlled, sunny and light with a central cardio training area and 4 separate suites for you to work privately with your coach. This studio operates as a  cooperative with separate private personal training businesses so we offer a wide variety of protocols.  Day/Hour options by appointment only with your choice of trainers.  Bathrooms are in the hall on the same floor outside the suite. Elevator or stair access.
