The thing that makes a difference for me is the fact that I'm being in the best shape I can be and avoiding injuries. I'm enjoying the physical things I do (rock climbing, hiking, etc) more because I'm in better shape.

Celia has been a dedicated personal trainer for many years, formerly in the Olympia area and now in Seattle. Celia is a personal trainer who listens, looks and sets you up to succeed in your desired goal. She does a thorough intake and evaluates you physically, emotionally, mentally to provide with the best program to suit your overall needs. She gives you information on what you can do daily to enhance your program through good nutrition and home excercises. When she is with you, she is totally focused on you. She is always available to you by phone for reminders, feedback, encouragement and any changes or fine tuning to your prescribed program. I met Celia in 1993 and I would not trade her for the world.

Celia is GREAT!
She takes the time to ask about and listen to me about my concerns. She takes time to explain what I am doing and how each move and exercise will benefit my body and my overall health. Most important, she checks in with me to make sure we haven't gone beyond my level of capability.

I've been working out with Celia for several months to help rehab a couple of injuries and improve my strength and fitness for rock climbing. Celia is incredibly knowledgeable about how to strengthen opposite working groups to achieve higher levels of performance. She's very positive and knows just the right level of work for each session. I'm always confident that she won't work me to further injury. If you have previous injuries or extensive health issues, Celia may be the perfect trainer for you!
